From the very beginning, Bob set the tone by personally picking up the phone late on a Friday for our initial contact and consultation which was something that immediately showed his responsiveness and commitment. Our purchase was far from perfect. The sellers’ attorneys made repeated, unreasonable demands that turned what should have been a routine process into a stressful and painful one. Through it all, Bob and Kylie were professional, patient, and exceptionally thorough. They stayed on top of every detail, clearly explained our options, and consistently advocated for us when things became frustrating. Their communication was excellent, their expertise unmistakable, and their dedication reassuring. Thanks to their support, we successfully made it to the finish line feeling confident and protected. We would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their office to anyone who wants a legal team that truly shows up when it matters most.

I had a partition case. Spoke to him once on phone, and he was helpful, but I wasn't ready to proceed just then. I came into his office about 6 months later on 1/13/26 without an appointment. Again, he was kind with his time and we spoke for about 15 minutes about my situation. We developed a rough strategy and he said he would call me to set up the next steps. He explained that he would be on trial the next few days, and that he would then be on vacation, but assured me he would call me back when he got in from vacation. About 3 weeks past, but no contact at all. I called and spoke to an assistant , and explained everything and told her just to ask him if he was going to work the case, and if not, to please just let me know, no hard feelings. To this day, 2/19/26, over a month after we first spoke, he still has not contacted me at all. I'm a lawyer myself and have been a member in active, good standing of the Illinois bar for almost 40 years, and I have never ghosted anyone who called me for help ... It is extremely unprofessional, and truly should make you wonder how other he lacks in professional approach to a person's legal problems. I would advise to avoid kramer.

Awesome law office, used him several times over the years, for buying and selling homes. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

I was recommended this lawyer by several different people but i have a question? Do you cover cases where the father is paying for a child that isnt his and dna test still proves im not the father but im forced to pay for the child ?

I worked with Robert Kramer on the closing of my house a couple of years ago. I was very pleased with how thorough he was at catching any error in the contract. It made for a long day at closing, however, I knew upon signing contracts that was signing things correctly. I also recently used Robert and his team to assist with a contractor dispute. Our case went through arbitration and I felt wonderful knowing that I was in good hands. I sent large amount of documents to him that he organized and reviewed line by line. He was in tune with each and every detail of the case without missing a beat! I felt like he could have easily represented me without me even being there!
